Statewide Committees

TFT has a number of statewide committees that are each charged with a different area of responsibility. Some are standing Board committees, while others are ad hoc committees that function for a limited period of time to perform a specific task. For key committees whose primary purpose is developing and coordinating statewide strategies, members of each local chapter is asked to be represented on the committee.

Key Board committees include the Executive Committee of the Board, the Finance Committee, Personnel Committee, Fundraising Committee, and the Membership Committee. Depending on the Committee, non-Board are asked to serve on these committees from time-to-time.

Other committees include the By-Laws Review Committee, Media Committee, and the Legislative Strategies Committee.
